What is your favorite process?

I love cooking. Follow the recipe or not, you have to deal with the outcome and learn from it. This translates to all processes I engage with.

Tell us your favorite public system transportation story?

Once while boarding a train in Naples, I saw a person drop their flip-flop on the rails while boarding the train. A group of commuters got thrifty (someone had a broomstick) and helped retrieve it while holding the train. It was a beautiful example of strangers helping each other for the simplest of items: a flip-flop.

When do you feel happiest in your city/environment?

City parks are my happy place. I enjoy all of them, from the ones that are a small piece carved out from dense urban space to the ones that allow you to feel like you are no longer in a big city.
