What is your favorite city?
I had the time of my life in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. Topographically, Rio De Janeiro hit the jackpot with sprawling green space, unbelievable hiking trails, and beaches on beaches. It’s a city for everyone.

What do you do to relax?
I don’t ask for much more than an early morning bike ride and a lazy afternoon in the park with my dearest friends. If live music can be squeezed into the agenda, I’m set.

When do you feel happiest in your city/environment?

I feel the happiest when I see everyone taking advantage of the city’s amenities. Something that springs to mind is watching the drum circle in DC’s Malcolm X Park or seeing Logan Circle filled with people listening to a live jazz performance. We naturally spend an absurd number of hours indoors. When I get a chance to experience the joy of my neighbors, it feels like I’m a part of a community.
