Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- Consulting or equivalent industry experience.
- History of complex project or program management.
- Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree. Master’s Degree preferred.
About the Role
We are seeking a self-driven, experienced, highly competent US-based Senior Associate (location flexible). This individual will be responsible for:
- Managing project teams, budgets, and deliverables.
- Developing project work plans and client strategies.
- Serving as the key point of contact for various client engagements
- Conducting market research and synthesizing actionable insights that drive strategic priorities for clients.
- Reviewing and analyzing policy/regulatory documents and developing actionable insights for clients.
- Preparing client-ready deliverables such as slide decks, graphic analysis, and written reports and memos.
- Supporting business development efforts, including leading RFP responses.
- Designing project plans and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and with the highest quality.
- Leading/facilitating meetings and providing internal and external stakeholders with documentation and support.
- Contributing to internal firm operations.
Location
Work from home with option for co-working arrangements.
Salary
Compensation will be between $90,000 and $110,000 per year depending on experience.
