ITS Estonia/ITS Finland Joint Offering Challenge Workshop

Cityfi facilitated a strategic alignment between the ITS Estonia and ITS Finland ecosystems to foster cross-border collaboration and accelerate the development of integrated, high-value export solutions. Through a high-intensity, two-day "Joint Offering Challenge" workshop, Cityfi guided multidisciplinary teams in identifying high-priority export markets and transitioning from disparate products to cohesive, challenge-based business models.

By framing both sector-specific and broad-market value propositions, the engagement empowered subject matter experts to co-create a unified go-to-market roadmap. This strategic initiative was designed to amplify the global competitiveness of both nations, positioning their combined ITS sectors as a formidable partner for complex international transportation and mobility challenges.
