Cityfi built and executed the OMF’s strategic roadmap and expansion strategy for European expansion, turning the organization into a truly global entity.

The project focused on positioning OMF’s open-source standards - specifically the Mobility Data Specification (MDS) and Curb Data Specification (CDS) - as essential tools for European cities managing the future of mobility while better stewarding their public spaces. Cityfi deployed a methodology that combined market intelligence, regulatory navigation, and ecosystem building. Through this engagement, Cityfi provided OMF with a bridge to Europe, allowing European cities to adopt open data standards while adhering to their unique digital sovereignty and privacy values.
